Mike’s business focus is serving local and national companies in the evaluation, leasing, purchase and disposition of real estate facilities and assets. He provides his clients with experience from a wide range of disciplines, including project development and renovation, appraisal, cost estimating, feasibility/use analysis, tax consulting, expert witness testimony and property management.

Lynn D. Stewart

Ms. Stewart brings over 20 years of commercial real estate experience to the team. Her expertise includes the development and implementation of a staged marketing program for listing assignments, monitoring critical dates through the contract due diligence process, marketing initiatives that include creating and maintaining databases for deal tracking and market trends, as well as the development of new marketing materials. She is knowledgeable in all facets of commercial real estate including industrial, retail, office, multifamily, land, property management, investment and development.

Glenn Graef

Mr. Graef has been involved in commercial real estate since 2003 as a real estate investor and developer. Prior to 2003, he was in the general contracting and manufacturing business for over 30 years. In 1976 he started his own manufacturing and construction company with 2 locations in Houston and 70 to 80 employees. They supplied and manufactured fabricated steel components to oil and gas companies in the US and internationally. In 2003, the manufacturing business was sold and Graef Property & Asset Management was formed. Glenn has since leveraged his construction and fabrication experience for application in the real estate investment and development business. He is a graduate of the University of Houston.
